Feature Descriptions:

Auto Attendant - Eliminate the need for a receptionist or backup for your current receptionist; route callers quickly and accurately; or access your email, voice mail, and faxes with a phone call. Tired of continually giving your hours or directions? Simply set up a single digit mailbox that gives the customer that information, allowing your employees to spend more time on their work.

Directory Assistance - When customers call in, they can find the extension of the party they wish to speak with quickly without having to speak to first.

Fax-Tone Detection - Allows fax machine to be included in phone system eliminating the need to have a separate line for the fax.

Unified Messaging - Receive your email, voice mail, and faxes from the same place on your computer. Unified messaging converts your voice mail message to a sound file and appears as an email in your inbox. Read the mail notifying you of a message, and then click on the attached sound file to hear it. You receive faxes in the same manner.

Perfect Voice Professional Tis16
PVP Tis16 is an in-skin voice mail platform for the Toshiba Strata CTX and DK product lines. It has all the benefits of an in-skin card with all the features of the PVP Flash, including Call Record on the Strata CTX systems. PVP Tis16 offers up to 8 ports and 600 hours of storage along with soft key integration.

Perfect Voice Elite
Perfect Voice Elite is the cream of the crop of voice processing systems. PV Elite is ideal for a small- to medium-sized business. Perfect Voice Elite offers up to 8 ports and 80 hours of storage. This system is operable with the NEC Electra Elite Key System and Elite IPK allows for LCD and soft key integration.

Perfect Voice Pinnacle
Reach new heights with the Perfect Voice Pinnacle. Perfect Voice Pinnacle is a Windows 2000-based system that is ideal for any-sized company. The Perfect Voice Pinnacle provides up to 32 ports. Hours of storage and mailboxes are application dependent. The key features of Perfect Voice Pinnacle include Caller I.D., multilingual capabilities, and voice messages accessible as email messages.
